Born and raised in Pennsylvania Molly began working professionally when she was thirteen years old at Philadelphia the Prince Music Theater in a production of The Snow Queen. The role she played was Little Red Ridinghood shortly after performing in Arden Theater s Into the Woods production for which she was awarded an Barrymore Award nomination. She reprised the role as she made her Broadway debut at 15 with Into the Woods, on Broadway. The show was recognized as a Drama League Award. Molly was also in Broadway to perform in the reprise in Fiddler on the Roof. Molly attended Princeton University as a Triangle Club Member and received a B.A. She graduated in 2008 with a B.A. When she was in the university, Molly was the first actress to make her debut on stage with Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly has worked on TV shows including Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly is a regular in regional productions like The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in Barrington Stage Company's production and The North Shore Music Theater's production in 2008 as well as the Westport Country Playhouse 2010 production of The Diary of Anne Frank as Anne. Molly has been a star in a variety of regional productions, including The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's production in 2010. In this play she played the teenager daughter Ali.
